Cameron Nevins

Vice President of Human Resources Operations

Cameron started as a summer helper at TRG beginning in 2004, a role he continued to do each summer during college. Upon graduating college, he stayed on as a General Laborer before becoming a Finishing Supervisor. He was then promoted to Training and Development Manager in 2012. Later, he became an HR Manager before being promoted to Director of HR in 2020. He is now the Vice President of Human Resources Operations. Cameron has received his Bachelors of Business Administration, Management from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University, Masters of Arts in Organizational Learning and Performance from Western Michigan University, Advanced Human Resources Executive Program from Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a Graduate of Metal Technologies Leadership Development Program. Cameron has 20 years of experience in Foundry, 16 years in Human Resources, and was an HR Specialist with Haworth, Inc. Outside of MTI, he is a member of the Board of Directors DeKalb Chamber Partnership and a SHRM- Certified Professional.
