MTI measures performance to customer-oriented objectives including delivery, quality, and cost goals. MTI post-delivery support includes dedicated customer service and problem resolution.

      MTI assists in the development of a supplier’s quality management
      system with the goal of ensuring conformance to specifications/tolerances, and strengthening the supply. MTI uses only approved suppliers. Supplier visits, audits, and monitoring to help ensure that MTI receives conforming material or services.
